At Kesar Studio, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality clothing products and exceptional customer service. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, which is why we have created the following return/refund policy.
General Policy In general, no products are eligible for returns or refunds without a solid reason. We encourage our customers to carefully review the product descriptions, sizing charts, and any other relevant information before making a purchase.
Products are only eligible for returns/refunds under the following conditions:
Damaged Product: If the garment has been received in a damaged condition, we will accept a return and issue a refund or exchange. However, to ensure the legitimacy of the claim, we require a clear unpacking video of the product. The video will be used for inspection purposes. Returns/refunds will only be provided if the video clearly shows that the product is received damaged. The final decision rests with the store owner.
Delivery Failure: If the delivery has failed to arrive within the ETA, we will accept a return and issue a refund or exchange.
To initiate a return, please send an email to our customer support team at thekesarstudio@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the product to be eligible for a return. Please include your order number, a brief explanation of the reason for the return, and attach the unpacking video (if applicable).
Once we receive your request, we will review your case and respond with instructions for returning the product. Please note that any product returned to us must be in its original condition with all tags and labels attached.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If we approve your return, we will issue a refund or exchange within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used to make the original purchase.
We are unable to refund any shipping costs associated with your purchase, and the customer is responsible for any return shipping fees. If the return is due to a damaged product or delivery failure, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
